VSAT HUBS
VSAT HUBS are used for communication (Two Way) or Broadcasting (one Way). The technologies are converging the DVB (S), becoming the universal standard for the Our Route. The return channel technology is converging towards the DVB-RCS standard. Taking advantage of these converging standards. SPTS has developed the RVB-RCS HUB and VSAT technology.


FLYAWAY VSATS
FLYAWAY VSAT, also termed MAN_PORTABLE VSAT is an engineered version of full VSAT terminal, for easy transportation. The packaging is usually done in two IATA size rugged suitcases. The contents are Antenna of 1M or 1.2 M ,as per customer requirements , BUC ranging from 2-8 Watts, for light applications like few voice channels and 64/128 kbps data channel. For heavier applications having large number of voice channels and 2/4 Mbps data, 40 Watt BUC is used. Accessories like 230V to DC Power supply, Set of Cables, BUC and LNBC, are packaged in one suitcase. The second suitcase consists of Carbon Fiber construction Antenna petals, Feed, Satellite Modem and Three axis pedestal parts , ect are packaged in the second suitcase.
LEO/MEO Tracking Pedestals
LEO/MEO tracking mounts are consisting of fast tracking pedestal of 200 -400 /sec, with high acceleration. These tracking type mounts use Mono-Pulse techniques for accurate tracking. The Antenna control unit had many control features with multiple scanning modes, Signal level indication, protection measures. and elaborate Monitoring & Control features of the system. The computer based display has permitted attractive Grapyc User interfaces, with attractive colours and scrolled Menu driven features, making the use of system , highly user friendly.


Dual Channel Monopulse Receiver
The Mono-pulse receiver of SPTS design is a sophisticated product providing large dynamic range of 70 dB, Multiple filter Band Widths and selectable video band widths. The receiver operates over wide frequency range of 70 Mhz to 6 Ghz, with signal Band width as high as 20 Mhz. It uses Direct Demodulation without need for Intermediate frequency. The digital output of receiver is fed to the FPGA for extraction of the Sum & Delta channels. The GUI provides the configuration & control features required for operation of the receiver.
Antenna Control Unit
The Antenna Control unit of SPTS make, is of universal design, which can be adopted to any antenna drive system, which uses PLC controllers. Currently the model caters to Mitsubishi, Maxon, Seimens and Innovance. Depending on customer preferences , the ACU can be interfaced with other standard PLCs. The ACU has extensive Static ,Dynamic and auto tracking features. Complete fault status as well as logging of the motors, Encoders and limit switches can be performed for fault analysis or for optimizing the Servo-Control. System is supplied with a hand held local control unit , for control of antenna movement when working close to antenna system. The ACU can work with separation of pedestal upto 50 Meters.


GPS Receivers
The GPS receiver of SPTS make works in the standard LI,L2 and Indian L5 frequency range to acquire any of the satellites in its range. The receiver can process 12 channels simultaneously and selects the best channels for extraction of GPS co-ordinates to provide ± 30 Meter accuracy. By enabling Gagan feature for high grade accuracy, ± 10 meter accuracy can be provided.
Where centimeter accuracy is required for mine-Filed operations, SPTS offers the Base Station -Rover solution , which gives most accurate location up to few centimeters.
Radio Trunking
SPTS offers standard VHF/UHF Trunking radios, in the DMR standard, with hand held and base station upto 100 Watts. These are employed by security agencies and Defence Forces. The System can be supplied with digital Radio interface which converts the DMR voice signals to 2W/4W interfaces for connecting to standard telephone exchanges.
